February – Genetic Genealogy

Join us on Saturday, February 17th at the Southeast Branch Library for our monthly member meeting. Connie Bradshaw is our speaker and she is presenting Genetic Genealogy: Simplify the Mystery – Autosomal DNA Testing. She will take us from the Autosomal test to what to do with the results along with best practices for contacting matches and downloading raw data.

Connie is the owner of I Dig Your Roots, a research firm focused on genetic genealogy. She has more than thirty years experience in family history research. Today she is the project administrator of three family projects at Family Tree DNA and the family Genealogist for the Historic Carson House in Marion, NC.

The Southeast Branch Library is located at 6670 US 1 South, St. Augustine, FL 32086. Check-in begins at 12:45pm and the meeting starts at 1:00pm.
