The Executive Committee is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Society.  Executive Committee Meetings are generally held 8 days before each General Meeting.  At the Executive Committee meetings, officers and committee chairs, all volunteers and members of the Society, plan the General Meetings and other Society activities.
