The Executive Committee is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Society.  Executive Committee Meetings are held 10 days before each General Meeting.  At the Executive Committee meetings, officers and committee chairs, all volunteers and members of the Society, plan the General Meetings and other Society activities. Unless noted, the EC meets on Wednesday at noon in the conference room at the St. Johns Public Library Southeast Branch.
