Brooks, Robert J – Private 1st Class, Company C, 443rd (Colored) Service Batalion, 151st Depot Brigade, Quartermaster=s Corps, World War I. Resident and inducted at St. Augustine, Florida. No overseas service. Born in Granden, Florida 27 October 1895 and died 24 November 1944. Interred St. Augustine National Cemetery 29 November 1944. Brooks, Anna B. – wife of Robert Brooks, grave D-41. 5 June 1900 to 31 March 1975. Next of kin; Gladys McRae, daughter, St. Augustine, Florida. Interred St. Augustine National Cemetery 7 April 1975.
Brown, Benjamin – Private, Company C, 316th (Colored) Labor Battalion, Quartermaster=s Corps, World War I. Florida: 14 June 1896 to 4 July 1945. Interred St. Augustine National Cemetery 7 July 1945.
Davis, Jim – Corporal, Service Company, 20th (Colored) Engineers, U. S. Army, World War I. Inducted at St. Augustine, Florida aged 29 years 1 mont and discharged 30 July 1919. Born in Bainbridge, Georgia, residence at time of induction was Mill Creek, Florida. Died 24 January 1942. After brief service with the 151st Depot Brigade, Davis was sent overseas with Company C, 519th (Colored) Engineers, later serving with the 15th and 20th Engineers. He served overseas from 15 July 1918 to 20 July 1919). Interred in St. Augustine National Cemetery 29 January 1942.
Hampton, Gary – Corporal, Company D, 433rd (Colored) Reserve Labor Battalion, U. S. Army, World War I. Inducted at St. Augustine, Florida 1 April 1918; resident of New Augustine, Florida, aged 23 years 11 months. Born in Waterbury, South Carolina; died 6 April 1944. Also served with Company C, 519th (Colored) Engineer Service Battalion and the 151st Depot Brigade. He had no overseas service; promoted corporal 7 February 1919). Interred St. Augustine National Cemetery 11 April 1944.
