Saint Ambrose Cemetery is located in Elkton, Florida.
To locate head southwest on SR 207 from St. Augustine, St Johns County, Florida. About two miles west of Elkton turn right on Saint Ambrose Church Road then left on Church Road. Sign for the church is about four miles on the left. Cemetery us on left just before the church. As you enter the churchyard, turn left at the first driveway and follow it to the cemetery entrance.
